BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - The U.S. military death toll in Iraq has reached 2,974, one more than the number of deaths in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks in the United States, according to an Associated Press count on Tuesday.

The point being? What does one have to do with the other? Iraqi military deaths have zero to do with the Sept. 11 attacks.
Would these same "drive by media" types people have reported that fewer allied troops were killed during WWII than Jews killed by the Third Reich if that would have be detrimental to the current presidency?
